Pyewacket – 2018 Horror Movie Review

“Pyewacket” tells the story of Leah Reyes (Nicole Muñoz) who in a fit of rage, performs an occult ritual with the aim of killing her Mother ( Laurie Holden). Running slightly below 90 minutes and with a handful of characters to follow, the film suffers from necessary padding. Whether  intentional or not, it’s more likely just to meet the feature film length criteria. So does it deliver the scares or is this just the bland witch project?
